Reuse when practical. Responsible disposal when necessary.
We can discuss separating reusable furniture from items requiring waste treatment, with suitable authorised disposal routes for the latter.
We will not invent landfill-diversion percentages or claim that all mattresses and upholstered furniture are recyclable. Our priority is a realistic, documented approach to your actual items.

Frequently asked questions.
Can you clear an entire hotel?
Yes. We can discuss whole-building projects, floor-by-floor programmes and phased clearances. We assess the volume of FF&E, access, labour, vehicle requirements and your deadline before agreeing a programme.
Do you offer hotel clearance across the UK?
We are based in Sheffield and discuss projects across the UK, including Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North West and London. Availability, access and logistics are confirmed at quotation stage.
Can you clear a hotel while it remains open?
Where the site and scope allow, we can plan works in phases around guest movements, lifts, service routes and quieter periods. A site-specific method and schedule would be agreed first.
What furniture can you remove?
Typical FF&E includes beds, mattresses, wardrobes, desks, chairs, sofas, tables and loose fittings. Please flag built-in items, electrical appliances or specialist equipment so the removal method and any required competent trades can be assessed.
What happens to unwanted hotel furniture?
We discuss what can be retained, resold, reused, donated or recycled. Items that become waste are handled using appropriate authorised facilities and relevant transfer documentation; particular routes depend on condition and local outlets.
